All events marked with an * require a ticket to be purchased from the School Office although sometimes we can cater for people on the day – email us before-hand to make sure. Unfortunately only children (and their siblings) who attend the school are able to attend the Family Film Night and Key Stage 2 Disco but the other events are open to all.

In 2013/14, the Wanborough PTA raised £8,014 for the school and some of this money was spent on a new climbing frame, play equipment, welly boot stands, library book software and music stands. We’re very excited about the coming year – the school is considering a very large purchase which if it goes ahead, they would like us to assist with. This would be our biggest challenge yet and could well benefit the whole community! At our recent AGM we had 6 new members come forward, all bursting with enthusiasm and new ideas. We’re also trying to be more organised – hence publishing our event dates well in advance and including them this Bishopstone & Hinton Parva website as a number of children from Hinton Parva attend the school and we hope this generates even greater support from our broader community. Watch this space!

It is my unfortunate duty to report that due to an outbreak of gout induced dropsey, B.A.D.S, will not be staging a winter production this year.

But fear not!!

This is not the end, for we have many secret projects that may bear fruit through the next 12 months.

We shall be bigger better with more equipment! More explosions! and a herd of over 1000 Camels!
